Opening times and Scheduling

Classes will be scheduled regularly throughout the day, starting from 6am until 10:30pm including classes starting every 20 minutes at peak times.  Ensuring you can take that last minute phone call and still make the next class.

Lunch Times

Lunch time classes have been specifically designed to give the mental and physical boost you need if you can’t fit in a practice at other times of the day.  These classes will last 40 minutes to allow you to work out and get back to your desk within an hour’s time frame

Classes

Working with internationally respected Yoga instructor Chris James Blue Cow will provide a variety of Yoga styles focussing on Hatha creating a Centre of Excellence for Yoga and Pilates, our instructors will provide a high quality, fun workout for your body and mind.

Classes have been designed and styles chosen to fit the needs of the busy professional.  We will offer traditional Ashtanga and Mysore classes as well as mat based Pilates, Meditation and a benefit led schedule throughout the day; giving you the ability to select a class and create a practice based on your needs and abilities.
